You’re Invited to the Celebrity Softball Challenge

We want you to save the date! On Thursday, June 9th, we are hosting in part the Celebrity Softball Challenge at Victory Field. It starts at 5pm and goes to about 9pm. It’s a great time to bring your family and friends, and admission is free. In addition to the game played by local celebrities, there will be games for kids and of course, the Home Run Derby.

What Are Buyers and Sellers Looking for This Spring?

The spring real estate market here in Carmel has been very active. Inventory is down, demand is high, and homes have been selling very quickly, most with multiple offers.

However, not all homes have been selling quickly. There is a big difference between a house that is market-ready and one that isn’t. If you don’t get your home in good enough shape or if it’s not properly prepared, those homes are going to sit on the market. If buyers don’t like what they see, they will simply just go out and build a new home themselves. That’s the competition you are faced with. 


If you are thinking about buying a home, you are likely going to have to compete against multiple offers. Having an experienced agent can be very helpful, as they understand the proper verbiage to put into a purchase agreement that will help you beat out the competition.
